There are lots of little clues that give you an indication whether a wedding is gonna be a ripper, one of them for me is the music playing when I arrive. It’s pretty shallow for sure, but as a creative, music plays such a huge part in my workflow – remember 80% of my job is front of a computer.

So I was super happy when I first arrived at the beautiful Lookout Lodge, had a wee scope around and heard a superb collection of tunes on the playlist. I even Shazzamed a tune or 2.

Of course I can’t not add that this wedding was held on a stunner of a day, surrounded by insanely beautiful scenery and featured two very awesome loved up people who made me feel like an old friend all day.

Emma and Steve, here is your wedding story as experienced from these eyes (and ears) of mine…

Really good mate! So many good shots.

Jim we are absolutely blown away by these!!! We scrolled through just now saying wow…. wow…wow!! You have captured moments that we didn’t even notice you capturing….. How did you get everywhere at once?! We love how you’ve caught the vibe of the day so well… we just had so much fun and there was a lot of love going around!! Working with you was truly a pleasure, you are such a warm, friendly guy and we felt like we’d known you for years… as did a lot of our guests.
Incredible. Thank you xo

PS: it was so worth wading through all that rabbit poo and tussock
PPS: Steve says thanks for not putting up too many of him crying ;)
